  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days and dispatched with Australia Post standard service. Australia Post will endeavour to deliver an order within 3-10 business days from order dispatch.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    Due to hygiene concerns we generally do not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about our products. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

  • Do face masks protect against coronavirus disease?

    The World Health Organisation recommends that people always consult local authorities on recommended practices in their area. If there is widespread community transmission, and especially in settings where physical distancing cannot be maintained, governments should encourage the general public to wear a fabric mask. WHO also provides details on the composition of a fabric mask and how to safely wear one.

  • How should I wear and care for a fabric mask?

    The World Health Organisation recommends the following steps when using a fabric mask:

    • Clean your hands before putting on the mask.
    • Inspect the mask for tears or holes, do not use a mask that is damaged.
    • Adjust the mask to cover your mouth, nose, and chin, leaving no gaps on the sides.
    • Avoid touching the mask while wearing it.
    • Change your mask if it gets dirty or wet.
    • Clean your hands before taking off the mask.
    • Take off the mask by removing it from the ear loops, without touching the front of the mask.
    • Clean your hands after removing the mask.

  • How does the virus spread?

    The virus can spread from person to person through: close contact with an infectious person (including in the 24 hours before they started showing symptoms); contact with droplets from an infected person's cough or sneeze; touching objects or surfaces (like doorknobs or tables) that have cough or sneeze droplets from an infected person, and then touching your mouth or face.

  • How are COVID-19 and influenza viruses similar?

    Firstly, COVID-19 and influenza viruses have a similar disease presentation. That is, they both cause respiratory disease, which presents as a wide range of illness from asymptomatic or mild through to severe disease and death.

    Secondly, both viruses are transmitted by contact, droplets and fomites. As a result, the same public health measures, such as hand hygiene and good respiratory etiquette (coughing into your elbow or into a tissue and immediately disposing of the tissue), are important actions all can take to prevent infection.

  • Who is most at risk?

    The people most at risk of getting the virus are:

    • travellers who have recently been overseas
    • those who have been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19
    • people in correctional and detention facilities
    • people in group residential settings

  • How do I take care of a fabric mask?

    Wash fabric masks in soap or detergent and preferably hot water (at least 60 degrees) once a day. Please not to remove replacable PM2.5 filters first as they are not washable. Make sure you have your own mask and do not share it with others.

  • What are the Symptoms?

    Symptoms of COVID-19 can range from mild illness to pneumonia. Some people will recover easily, and others may get very sick very quickly. People with coronavirus may experience symptoms such as:

    • fever
    • respiratory symptoms
    • coughing
    • sore throat
    • shortness of breath

    Other symptoms can include runny nose, headache, muscle or joint pains, nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, loss of sense of smell, altered sense of taste, loss of appetite and fatigue.

    To stop the spread of COVID-19 people with even mild symptoms of respiratory infection should get tested.
